Payment Options
We accept the following payment methods: VISA, EURO/Mastercard, Maestro, and Visa Electron. All prices are stated in DKK and include 25% Danish VAT.
Delivery Terms for International Customers (within the EU)
We offer international shipping via DHL Express and GLS Global Business Parcel, with shipping costs varying depending on the destination country. Freight costs to your destination will be calculated at checkout.
Important information for customers outside the EU
All prices on our website are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% Danish VAT.
For orders shipped outside the EU, Danish VAT will be deducted from the product price. This means you will be charged the net price excluding Danish VAT.
Please note that your order will not be completed through the standard online checkout. Instead, we will issue a separate invoice, which will be sent to you together with a secure personal payment link. Once you confirm the order, payment will be made via this link.

These costs are determined by the regulations in your country and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. They are the responsibility of the recipient.
Freight costs will be calculated individually based on destination and shipping method and will be included in your invoice.

Shipping and Processing
All international orders are dispatched on the same day they are placed and are processed within 1–4 business days.
During checkout, you can select either DHL Express or GLS Global Business Parcel Service as your preferred shipping method.
Ordering Products
When you have selected the products you wish to purchase and placed them in your shopping basket, we kindly request your personal information, including your name, address, and email. Shortly after, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
Once payment has been successfully processed and the product has been registered in our inventory, you will receive an email containing a tracking number, enabling you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Exchange & Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, valid from the day you receive your products. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging, unworn, and in the same condition as received. The product seal must not be broken; otherwise, returns cannot be accepted. Please retain your postal receipt as proof of postage in case of a missing parcel or as documentation for the 14-day return policy. If you wish to exchange your product for a different style or color, you must complete a return form and return the product to Infinito 2012. All items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure protection during transit.
Upon receiving the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount to your account in accordance with the Danish Consumer Protection Act § 21, paragraphs 3 and 4. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card used for the original purchase to prevent misuse of payment information.
Warranty
All our products are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, which provides a 24-month warranty.
We kindly ask you to consult the care guide on the hangtags of your products for maintenance instructions.
